Epson Product Setup contains everything you need to use your Epson product. This programme downloads and installs the latest drivers and software for your Epson product and where applicable may download network utilities and additional software. Please Note: To use this software your computer must have Internet access. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, this process may take a while. Once the software is downloaded, it will automatically begin to install. You will be guided (on-screen) through the process.

Epson Software Updater allows you to update Epson software as well as download 3rd party applications. Please Note: To use this updater, your Epson product must be turned on and connected to a computer with Internet access.

Notes:
- This firmware update should only be used if your printer's control panel displays a recovery mode error.
- A USB cable is required.
- Make sure no other USB devices are connected to the computer during the update process.
- Do not unplug, power-off or attempt to use the printer during the update process. ​
- This update may take up to 15 minutes to complete.
